Power. Precision. Speed. The Mikron M652R isn't a retrofit or a bolt-on — it's the first production machine to combine a manually tiltable horizontal spindle (0° to 52°) with a vertical router system mounted on the same deck.

That means profiles a traditional moulder can't touch: compound crown with inset channels, raised panels with router details, curved handrails with flute grooves — in a single setup, without breakdown or secondary operations.

It's patented, solidly built, and designed from day one for architectural shops doing custom work nobody else wants to take on.

Tilting horizontal spindle

Manually tilts 0° to 52° — including digital readout by Accurate Technology (optional).

Vertical router system

3¼ HP with ½" shank included — insets and channels on the same machine.

Straight and curved — one setup

Linear tracking system keeps the workpiece flat. Go from straight to curve without changing the setup.

Variable feed, 0–30 fpm

Forward and reverse. Separately adjustable feed rollers for multiple passes.

Floating worktable

Mechanically adjustable fence for accurate, easy positioning — no fiddling under load.

Optional 8-inch spindle

Upgrade to an 8" spindle and cutterhead for larger profiles that standard moulders simply can't reach.
